Dont buy if you want to play a game

I recently bought this game and was excited to play it.... But I never got the chance to. The game got stuck on the loading screen so I left it to load. I came back an hour later and it was still on the same screen. I cant believe they havent fixed this yet even though Ive read multiple reviews that say the same thing. Unless an update comes out that fixes the issue I want a refund.
