I wish I could give it 5 stars but I cant even play it

I used to play this game when it came out and I was obsessed. I maxed everything out and forgot about it. I saw it again and downloaded it and it freezes right in the beginning. Ive reinstalled several times and nothing fixes it. Please fix this problem!! I miss playing it.
